Sometimes Overlooked Maintenance

Rotting wood can be often hard to find especially when it has been recently painted. It can be under window sashes, door frames, siding, and decking. The wood structures of a home should be periodically inspected for any rot.

Brick work needs to be kept up because it can prevent moisture damage and possible extensive damage from a chimney falling onto the roof.
