You can find your own contractors that are priced right. It will encourage the buyers to waive the inspection all together. It will relieve suspicion and possible buyer concerns. It will inform you of immediate buyer safety hazzards before a potential buyer even steps foot on the property.

A copy of this inspection should be offered to buyers along with receipts of any repairs done.
