I have friends in Africa & it is around 7 a gallone there as well, in Europe around 10.00. I'll tell you what hurts even more is knowing that in Venezuala gas is 0.17 cents a gallon & in Kuwait it is in the 0.40 cents a gallon range. I am assuming you are in Japan, with gas the way it is it would be nice if the U.S. had a JR system like you do, I hope to have the opportunity to visit your country again.
