A true professional . Mr Goad examined the entire house from top to bottom. His inspection uncovered faults that would of cost me a fortune to fix. I’m Glad I chose Johnny Goad to look at the house before we got stuck in a money pit.

I feel John did a very thorough inspection of this residence and presented deficiencies in a very knowledgable manner. He arrived on time and proceeded to perform the inspection with no delays.His fee was very fair for the inspection performed. I would recommend John Goad without hesitation to perform a house inspection for any potential buyer of property.

It is always nice to find a great deal! We got that and more when we hired Johhny Goad of Clarksville Home Inspections. On the telephone he was very professional and took the time to explain in detail about how he would conduct the inspection & what the information on the report meant. It was very easy to get an appointment scheduled & the cost was very reasonable. BUT, if that isn’t enough, there is more! After the inspection he took the time to go over the report & allow us to ask questions about his findings! We felt very confident that we are purchasing a solid home! Also, his web site very is informative. Mr. Goad was extremely helpful in providing us with a list of local, competent, home improvement agencies for remodeling projects around the house!
