A lot of local asphalt sealing companies are offering great prices right now but I know a lot are only laying down sealant, not filling cracks. There products advertise they contain sealer w/sand. Is this any good?

Thanks

Thank you so much for your advice. I am an insurance inspector and I deal mainly in roofing inspections. That whistling noise drives me insane. I will try your method tomorrow. Thanks again.

It is incredible what you can achieve with a good tile saw. This has been helpful but I will keep looking to be able to compare the available machines. Thank you for posting this.

It has probably been around 4-5 years since I had to do some repair work on the soffit & fascia of my own home at the time & it had been done with masonite siding. One of the local lumber yards still had it in stock & I would recommend that you check with one of your local lumber yards as well, not one of the "big box" stores, but a local lumber yard.

Can you tell me where you can still get Fiberboard siding. We leave in DE and bought
an older home, can't afford to do vinyl this year and have one side of the house that
has several places that siding needs to be redone. We want to patch it for now and
repaint the house until we can redo the entire outside. Any info would be appreciated.
Thanks.

I would highly recommend the product Squeak No More. They'll make short work of those squeaky floors. That can even be installed with the carpet in place.

Oh man... $6 to $7 / gallon. Wow.. that is expensive. You know, you'd think by now there would be far more advancements in technology than what we currently have. Back when I was a kid, I used to watch a cartoon called The Jetsons and back then I always believed that by the time I would be all grown up, cars for sure would be flying around just like on the show. lol
